Who is responsible

Sofia, publisher of makemycontent.fr. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, use the contact page.

What I collect, and why

1. The contact form

• Data: your name, your email, your message, and anything you choose to write in it.
• Purpose: to reply to you and prepare our conversation.
• Legal basis: your request. This is a pre-contractual measure.
• Retention: one year after our last exchange.
• Recipient: Resend, my email delivery provider, based in the United States. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

2. Pre-audit page views

If I have sent you a pre-audit, its page is dedicated to you and nobody else receives it. I measure how it is read.

• Data: the page viewed, the date and time, the reading duration, how far you scrolled, and your IP address in hashed form, never in clear text.
• Purpose: to know whether the document interests you, and adapt my follow-up accordingly.
• Legal basis: my legitimate interest in measuring the effect of a document I send to a professional as part of business outreach.
• Retention: six months, then deletion.
• Recipient: nobody. The data stays on my server, in France. No third-party tool has access to it.

No cookie is placed on your device for this measurement. You may object at any time through the contact page: the measurement stops and any data already collected is deleted.

3. Booking a call

The booking link opens Google Calendar. From that point, Google becomes responsible for the data you enter there, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website sets none. No measurement cookie, no advertising cookie, no third-party cookie.

The banner shown on your first visit is a notice, not a consent request. There is nothing to accept or refuse.

One single thing is stored in your browser: the fact that you closed that banner, so it is not shown again on every page. This information never leaves your device, it is never sent to me, and it disappears if you clear your browser data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to me through the contact page. I reply within one month.

If my answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, cnil.fr.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Pre-audit reading logs are stored outside the server's public directory and contain no IP address in clear text.

Changes

This policy may change, in particular if a new tool is added to the website. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
